Price rates :

Our company invoices its work according to the following missions :

Consulting activities :

• This type of billing generates fees bound to the work that is being accomplished and the difficulty of the case. An estimate sheet is always transmitted to the client before putting in an order (80 € V.A.T. included /hours)

Business Broker activities :

This work gathers 3 different types of fees :

• Fisrtly, entrance fees at the time of the order : Those fees are charged for registration and former researches. It is also a good mean to know if the client is carrying a serious project (from 500 € to 3.500 € HT)
• Secondly, success fees corresponding to a % of the sale price from 7 % to 1,5 % HT
• Finally, hour fees for specific work and missions

French VAT is 19,6 % of services and goods prices except in some branches like food, books, etc... where it is 5,5 % of the price). V.A.T only applies for clients located within EEC.

In french retail stores the price is always presented tax include unlike in the United-States.
